I love Paint.Net. It is my alpha for coloring my stuffs. I also tried another programs, but this one is the winner (at least for me, I don't blmae the others). Paint.net FTW!

I have a question: Can you draw in it? Because, when I look at it, it looks like it's just for photo-editing, and yet, I thought I saw someone was using it to draw.
